Our Goal is Complete Customer Satisfaction,

If you have a special event in mind, which requires a unique menu and schedule of events, we will be more than happy to create an affair which will match your expectations, as well as our level of service and food and beverage products.



 
 
 
 
Amentities:

  • Full-service hotel with 172 rooms

Meeting Facilities:
  • The three story commercial tower features a grand ballroom on the fourth floor, overlooking the ocean. This will accomodate 260 for banquets, 300 theater style. It can also be divided into three smaller meeting rooms. On the first floor, two board rooms are available.

  • Centrally located on the Outer Banks to a variety of Attractions 
Rates:
  • Group Rates vary seasonally. Summer is peak season, with Fall thru Spring offering the most modest rates. 
Group Policies

Payment Policies:
  • Deposits are required for all meeting rooms. Prices are based on how many meeting rooms required and if any sleeping rooms will be involved.
Cancellation:
  • 100% refund 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds for any functions that cancel less than 30 days of the event will be at the discretion of the Hotel. If scheduled function cancels within one week of date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for revenue lost on ordered food and beverages and/or sleeping rooms.
Rooming List:
  • Due two weeks prior to arrival.
Comp Policy:
  • At the discretion of the Hotel.
